Lefkes Village
The highest village in Paros—a hidden gem of marble streets and timeless Cycladic beauty.
A Journey Back in Time
Perched at 300 meters above sea level, Lefkes was once the capital of Paros during the medieval era when residents fled inland to escape pirate raids. Today, this amphitheatrical village remains the most authentic and traditional settlement on the island, offering breathtaking views of both coasts and the surrounding islands.
Wander through narrow marble-paved alleys lined with bougainvillea, discover hidden churches, and experience the slow pace of traditional Cycladic life that has remained unchanged for centuries.
